电脑雕刻烫金辊

联线烫金辊（工作站）主要应用于烟草包装、酒类包装及其它批量包装制品的烫金。采用镶块式嵌套、整体雕刻的工艺，生产过程中全部采用数控技术。具有以下特点，

1、同心度好，导热均匀；

2、每一块都可以上下左右调动，以适应纸张的伸缩变化；

3、每一块都可以拆换，避免因单个图案损坏致使整辊报废的缺陷；

4、线条的精确度可以控制在±0.005mm以内；

5、材料采用特殊定制的模具铜，耐用度高。

我公司生产的“利群”条盒烫金辊、“利群”小盒烫金辊、“利群”小盒镜面防伪烫金辊等均有良好的使用记录。

    the bronzing rollers are mainly used for cigar package, alcohol package and other large quantity package etc. the whole roller consists of  a copper roller with rectangular holes and some pieces of rectangular copper. bronzing patterns are carved on rectangular copper. the whole process is controlled by computer.the thinnest line is only 0.02mm, and the error is not more than 0.005mm. the rectangular copper are enchased in the holes of the  roller. every pieces of ectangular copper can be moved to up,down, right or left to fit paper flexible. besides, every piece of ectangular steel can be changed, to avoid the whole roller destroyed owning to one broken pattern. stable operation: absolute concentricity of roller and excellent static and dynamic balance of structure ensure stable operation without vibration absolutely. the good heat conducting and durable roller benefit from special copper material and professional technology.
