凹凸块主要应用到烟草包装、酒类包装、药品包装及各类纸品、纺织品、皮革、塑料、铝箔纸等。我公司采用镶块式嵌套、整体雕刻的工艺，生产过程中全部采用数控技术。凹凸块具有以下特点，

1、每一块都可以上下左右调动，以适应纸张的伸缩变化；

2、每一块都可以拆换，避免因单个图案损坏致使整辊报废的缺陷；

3、最细的线条可以做到0.02mm，线条的精确度误差可以控制在±0.005mm以内；

4、在传统工艺只能生产二维凹凸效果的基础上，提高到能够完美地表现三维浮雕效果。

5、压凸图案清晰，纹理明显，压凸感强，边线均。

concave-convex blocks are mainly applied to the tobacco packaging, wine packaging, medicine packaging and all kinds of paper, textiles, leather, plastic, aluminum foil, etc. our company adopt  nested block, the whole carving process, all adopt numerical control technology in the process of production. concave-convex block has the following characteristics,

1, each piece can be up and down or so, to adapt to the slip of paper;

2, each piece can be moved around, to avoid the whole roller scrap due to any single pattern damaged;

3, the fine line can reach 0.02 mm, the line’s accuracy error can be controlled within / - 0.005 mm;

4, the traditional process of production can only reach two-dimensional effect of concave -convex, now we can perform the perfect three-dimensional relief’s effect.
