凹凸辊

联线凹凸辊（工作站）主要应用到烟草包装、酒类包装、药品包装及各类纸品、纺织品、皮革、塑料、铝箔纸等。我公司采用镶块式嵌套、整体雕刻的工艺，生产过程中全部采用数控技术。具有以下特点，

1、每一块都可以上下左右调动，以适应纸张的伸缩变化；

2、每一块都可以拆换，避免因单个图案损坏致使整辊报废的缺陷；

3、最细的线条可以做到0.02mm，线条的精确度误差可以控制在±0.005mm以内；

4、在传统工艺只能生产二维凹凸效果的基础上，提高到能够完美地表现三维浮雕效果。

  the concave-convex rollers are mainly applied to cigar package, alcohol package medicine package, textile, leather, plastic products and over laminate etc. the whole roller consists of a roller with rectangular holes and some pieces of rectangular steel. concave-convex patterns are carved on rectangular steel. on the basis of 2d effect (traditional technology), the whole process is controlled by computer, getting 3d patterns.the thinnest line is only 0.02mm, and the error is controlled by 0.005mm. the rectangular steel is enchased in the hole of the roller. every pieces of rectangular steel can be moved to up,down, right or left to fit paper flexible. besides, every piece of  rectangular steel can be changed, to avoid the whole roller destroyed by one broken pattern.
